I don't consider myself a "complainer" per se... more of a "disgruntled" type.
I feel forced to take courses from people who may or may not be really all that great at communicating, but know a crapload about a subject.
These people are my age... or younger.
And customer service, general niceties... or, rather, just good ole "hospitality" doesn't exist for them.
Or, they can feel too snobby to actually give a sh*t that they're ruining the lives of young minds that aren't "necessarily" expecting a handout... just a hand up.
