I'm baaaaack!

After not posting for a while, I figured that I would get back in the swing of things... with hilarious gifs.

Well, I think they're hilarious :-)

At, first, I was like:

Which quickly turned into:

But, the good news is that I did:

Well, sort of...

Technically, I only got an A in all but one course.

It was a mysterious one...

... the instructor asked for us to participate in the discussion posts.

I think to myself, "No problem, when I see something, I'll just give my two cents."

Well, apparently, that's not what the instructor meant.

What the instructor meant was, "A solid A for the first person to post random and inane commentary every week!"

If I was clear on that, then I would have just posted whatever came to mind: flowers, sprinkler systems, frogs...

... but I thought that since it was a computer class, that most of us would have spent the majority of our time doing something like... oh... our COMPUTER HOMEWORK?!

Here I am, testing and retesting the program that I'm writing... trying to find new ways to make sure that it looks halfway decent.

When really, the instructor wanted me to take my non-existent free-time and use it to wax philosophic about dandelions.

Seriously.

Most of us are in the online class, saying that we have JOBS and FAMILY... you know, other stuff.

Frankly, I only have a couple of hours to do homework, and that's on the weekend.

I know... I know... what did I expect?

Well, seeing that I go to college to learn what to do in the work environment, I'd expect it to be, you know, like the work environment.

And, I guess, the less productive work trolls do sit around and talk about nothing all day, while us workaholic drones keep the company/department/group going.

But, that's just when you hit the 9-to-5 sector.  That's not what they should be hoping that we'd be like... right?!

Well, apparently, again, I was wrong.

So, I got an A- for not blabbing every week about dairy products and their harmfulness on the digestive system.

Oh well, I did, however, decide to sign up for more classes.

Starting in a few weeks, I'll be actually taking an in-class course.

I'll let you know if I get stuck with the dreaded "group project".
